Then the next question is whether you have that screen created in your control panel and attached to something? Like, is it defined as the home screen, or linked to another screen? If that's good, then perhaps you need to sync up your configuration data file. Here's a video I did that shows how: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sp2vL1XCPC0 Give that a shot!
