Just created my first quiz but I only see a blank screen

I wrote 4 simple questions with the required 4 answers (no images). I added the screen to my home menu and it appears in the simulator. However, when I click the item on the menu I just get a blank screen - or, more specifically, I get the image that I have set to be the background image of my home menu. Any idea what I am doing wrong (I am just using default settings so far). Are you developing for Android or iOS? If you are using xcode, have you dragged in the five folders to the xcode project?
