Very frustrating as I have several apps I want to update and cannot get into account. I resurrected my closed email address so I can reset my password but not receiving anything from buzztouch so that is not helping. Emailed Stephen and he provided a generic response and hasn't responded to subsequent emails. David has not responded at all. Anyone, please HELP. If so, I can reset your password and email it to that email address. Assuming you've tried the forgot password screen, I have no idea why you wouldn't receive the email at that address. Literally thousands of emails are delivered daily and %99.9 percent arrive in inboxes. Let me know if I found the correct "other account" and I'll reset it for you.
