Dependancy Analysis Warning

Hi I have come to test my app on my iPhone and whilst I have corrected all the other warnings, 2 have come up. Warning: iPhone apps with a deployment target lower than 4.2.5 should include an armv6 architecture (current IPHONEOS_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET = "3.0", ARCHS = "armv7"). Now my app still runs fine on my iPhone but i'm wondering what I can do to fix this as i'm looking to send this off to Apple for approval and want to get everything sorted before then. I also get this warning as well: (null): iPhone/iPod Touch: application executable is missing a required architecture. At least one of the following architecture(s) must be present: armv6 (-19033)

Just one more question, I might be a pain but...you know when your app loads and for a second a black screen comes up saying 'change default pngx2 in Xcode' how do you get rid of the screen as this shows up before my splash screen?

That's a required file by Apple. I use that image as my splash screen instead of the splash screen screen. Works perfectly. But, if you go to buzztouchmods.com, they have something there you can use to replace them with just black images. Mark

The black screen that comes up is an image file that you can find in your xcode project, it is the default apple splash screen. As GoNorthWest says, it is required. You can substitute your own image as a replacement (in fact you are meant to), it just has to be the same size and file type.

Oh right, thanks, so u know when the app has been finalised and gets approved by Apple (if it does) does the black screen still come up on the final product? I'm just wondering when people download it and they open it will the same screen come up saying 'change default png x2 in Xcode'
