I submit an update to my medical reference app every 3-4 months adding new content and fixing what's already there. The length of time from update submission to review always varies from a few days up to 3 weeks. But once it goes "in review" I usually get the "approved" email in a few hours. My most recent update went into review yesterday around 1 Pm EST and is STILL in review now 25 hours later. Has anyone else had this happen?? I had an update uploaded, and about a week after I sent in a new app, the new app was reviewed about 4 days before the other update... I seemed like it got left behind.
