Load Custom Plugin for v1.5 IOS?

Im a bit confused and please forgive me for my ignorance. I thought the Load custom Plugin feature would have been able to upload the newly created plugins by the forum members. I actually bought the notepad plugin that Mark created because i thought that was the reasoning behind the Load Custom Plugin screen but it seems to be otherwise. Is this not the case, can i use it? Any advice would be great. Thanks

Hi RadDoc, The Load Custom Plugin feature is basically just a blank plugin. You can't us it to load other plugins that you buy. Basically, it works like this: * Buy the plugin (thanks, by the way!) * Add the plugin screen to your app via the control panel...the same way you add any other screen * Download the app source code * Drag the BT_Plugins file into Xcode * Compile! Essentially, to add a new plugin to an existing app, you just have to get the source code for that plugin into Xcode, as well as configure your app via the control panel to take advantage of it. Hope that makes sense! Let me know if it doesn't. Mark

Mark, Thanks for the reply. It definitely does make sense. But bottom line is that it can only be used for v2.0, Right? Anthony

That's correct. The plugin concept is only applied to version 2.0 of buzztouch - both self-hosted and buzztouch.com. Mark
