I found that when using a map location screen, if I have the show driving directions, if pressed, it does not open the new native maps app. It opens google maps on safari. I am currently developing my app on IOS 5 and nearly done and it would just about destroy me if I found I had to change multiple things to suit IOS 6:( Thanks! Ben. We will probably need to update the code on our end to launch the new maps application.
