avd's for 4.0 and up

I was trying to check out the avd for 4.0 and 4.1, but when I try to start the avd it says that the device is missing a "kernel"... any help?

Do you have the Android and Google SDKs installed for both ICS and Jelly Bean? You'd do that through the Android SDK Manager. Mark

Yep, got them all downloaded before I created the avd's, i deselected everything except the sdk and google api's for both (left out the samples, n specific devices)
