I started with GoDaddy several years ago--I should have done more research as I don't like their advertising. I hadn't heard about the hunting elephants, but that is every more sad. On the other hand, except for this last situation, I have had great service from them. Believe me, I have called and asked them a lot of newbie questions over the last couple of years, and they have always given me great customer service.
