Has anyone figured out rss feeds with thumbnail pics?

I have an app that has an rss feed. It needs a serious facelift as it looks boring with no thumbnail preview pics... I am currently using rssinclude. Can anyone steer me in the direction of an rss feeder that works with buzz touch and allows thumbnails? I can send a picture of what it currently looks like if necessary. Thank you Cole

This looks like it will work for what I am looking for... I am a newer developer, I read the instructions and am fairly confused how to proceed. Do you have any instructions that are understandable?

email me webmaster at michel dot com dot au. To start, send: twitter user name number of tweets to show (max 100) background colour for page (hex if you know it, eg #ffffff), if not I can look at your site and get the colour.
