It's a matter of understand HOW to make it. Q2: There is not a plugin for this. Browse the Plugin Market to see if what you're looking for is available. Every screen is a sub-class of an iOS UIViewController. If that's beyond your level of understanding, you won't have much success making a plugin (sorry).
