As it's just html5/javascript, the html template in the plugin can be used for iPhone. The plugin uses a basic implementation of monocle, more advanced features like bookmarking can be added. Documentation/examples can be found at https://github.com/joseph/Monocle. If you're developing for Android and enjoy a technical challenge, a colleague and I have modified a fork of pageturner - (https://github.com/jamesw) to build a self contained ebook with additional activities accessed through the ebook menu, to essentially build an app around an ebook. It's a private project, but is open sourced as per the pageturner licence requirement, but that doesn't mean any support has to be offered or given! If you're not at least fairly ok with eclipse, adding libraries and modifying code, this won't be for you.
