Hey David Im self Hosting with the other David @ buzztouchmods. last night I bought three plugins from your plugin market. App Rater, Notepad and Blogger. He installed them to my server and on all three when I go in to make the changes and customize them... when I hit save it just gets stuck on the saving entries message and wont do anything else. He told me you were working on the problem. Have you been able to resolve te issue? Whats going on with this issue? Thank you. Im openly putting this out on the forum in case anyone else is having the same problem.

I hate to resort to dealing with business matters in the open forum. The app rater dev seems to think the problem is with the PHP files he is trying to contact you. Whatever the problem is with all three plugins

Hi guys, not at office this afternoon. But.. The App Rater, Notepad and Blogger plugins are testing fine on our dev machines and lots of folks are running them on self hosted setups without any trouble. There were some issues earlier in the week with a few syntax errors but those were resolved. What is the issue? What php file is causing the trouble? There isn't anyway for me to debug self hosted server, regardless of where it is, without knowing more. At minimum, we'll need to figure out what .php script is ending execution. I'm assuming that's what's happening seeing the "it just gets stuck on the saving entries message and wont do anything else" message. It's a pretty simple idea...SAVE submits the form entries to a php script that's included with each plugin. In most cases this file name is, save_JSON.php This means that the save_JSON.php is where the issue will be (again, making some assumptions here). It could be that you've discovered something else that is occurring on self hosted installs. In this case, great, let's figure it out and fix it :-)

I don't see any reason why other plugins would work, but market plugins specifically won't work - it's a complete mystery to me. The problem with the plugins is that when you make changes, it stays stuck on "saving entries...". These plugins were uploaded via control panel AND via FTP. The only thing I could possibly think of that might be affecting the plugins is that all of my self hosted servers are hosted with SSL? Trace has given me permission to give you access to his buzztouchmods.com control panel and FTP in case you would like to see the error yourselves. I'm debugging as much as possible, but can't seem to figure it out. Any suggestions? However, if market plugins are working on OTHER self hosted servers, the error is pointing towards my server. It's a loop, It both makes and does not make sense! Driving me crazy.
