There are a few workarounds to not having a Mac, I don't like them as they tend to be a bit slow and not the best environment for app dev, that said links like the one above from Stibe are a possibility. If you had a spare $300 (who does) you could get an Intel Mac mini or MacBook on Craigslist or eBay, more than capable of running Xcode etc. Another option is to get one of us to help you out, compile, test etc. Keep us posted.
