tel: on iPad... what happens?

Hi all, I submitted my app with completed iPhone version but it got rejected as the iPad version was not complete (yes, I should have just submitted for iPhone only but I didn't realise you could do this till after and I spent 6 hours submitting so I gave up). Anyhow, I figured I will complete it for iPad. I love the challenge that comes with making apps. So my question. Say I have the following code: <a href="tel:+123456789">Dave's Phone Number On iPhone it will show a message box saying "call +123..." and give you the option to ok or cancel. Once ok is clicked it will start calling. I was wondering though, what will happen on iPad? Thanks for your help! Ben.

Hi Ben, I believe you should get a "Device not supported for calls" message for any device that does not support phone calls. You should check out the Call us screen/plugin instead of using HTML if possible, apple loves native function. Come back if you have any other questions/problems. Cheers! David buzztouchmods.com

Ok, cheers. So basically I have around 200 HTML pages, some with email links (fine for iPad and iPhone) and some with phone numbers. Do you think apple would reject the app because of this? if it is submitted as iPhone/iPad app? Cheers, Ben.
