Automatic App Refresh on Startup

I found something quite interesting the other day. I download a very well made Buzztouch app which is a great app, if yo have any use for it. Anyway, I looked at what he updated in the app's most recent update (1.2.1), and I dound something that says that the app will automatically update without a message asking for a confirmation for going ahead with the update. I found that quite interesting and I thought that it must update the app every time it launches, no matter if the app has had an update. I might be wrong, but basically, it updates without that message asking for a refresh. I dont really mind what it does, but what I would like is to intergrate that into my BT 1.5 app. I will be doing an app update to create a Version 1.1 on iTunes, so while I'm at it, I might as well intergrate this. The app was made by jbrzensk, but I wasnt able to message him directly so I have to post to the forums.

Yep if you're referring to iOS it can be done very easy. Check this post: http://www.buzztouch.com/forum/thread.php?tid=35C9CCA460F85572608CF3B&sortColumn=FT.id&sortUpDown=DESC&currentPage=7 I have added it in each of my iOS apps.

@mysps gave a great resource, I'm thinking a lot of people have been using this so it's no surprising you found it :) I'll write up a guide for my site and release it with some good documentation later. Cheers, David buzztouchmods.com
