Newbie Question

Just dove into this yesterday. I went through 6 or 7 videos. One of them showed how to get a project into xcode but not how to get it into Eclipes. I assume, after it is unzipped then I would import into Eclipes. I tried a couple of very basic apps one with a URL page and another with just a splash screen. I get "red x" errors every time. when I drill down I find they are with lines like "private ArrayList<GeoPoint>" I know I'm doing something stupid. Please advise.

Are you using google api level 8? Right click on project name, select 'Properties', select 'Android', tick google api level 8. Then select the 'Project' tab and select 'clean'.

Especially for Android (Eclipse) you'll wish to read my guide (How-To) The Buzztouch Process. It includes some necessary fixes for Android. www.MySkylla.com Fred
