Paid Support

Does anyone offer paid team viewer or Skype support? I have my own self hosted server v2.0. My app has been rejected for 10.6. So I need help to change the design of the app. I have already search the forums and put my question, it would be nice if someone can walk me to design a great app from the control panel. This would be a great business idea for an experienced developer. You could get paid to help other new developers.

Hi @daku7, It's not so much the actual use of the control panel that will get your app approved. The control panel simply lets you piece together the parts of the app you want. That last part is the killer...the parts of the app! What you piece together is more important that how you piece it together. Meaning...providing a good user experience, and addressing the issues Apple has are the most important aspects. This is the real estate app, correct? Are they giving you the same reasons they have in the past? Mark

@GoNorthWest, Yes the reason is the same 10.6. I talk to the Apple reviewer and he said that the app needs to have a good user experience. He needs the app menu to flow. He is fine with the content. I think I have to design the app to have the same "look" in all the screen. He was not happy with the app using "web view" so I have to make the web view screen look more like native app look.
