how much for html dev help?

Wanted to know how much it would cost for html dev help. I would like to create a product order form for a takeaway with a cart to show what has been ordered but won't be able to create myself until I learn html etc. How much would it cost to have a dev do this? the form would require collapsing fields similar to what jotform provides and a be able to provide me with a submission counter. just wanted a rough guide to how much this will cost. thanks

I have dreamweaver cs6. never had time to learn how to use it as still stuck in day job. can I make the form with cs6? Any good tutorials? does cs6 create its own php scripts? not to up to speed with what can be done with it yet. I will be learning html as feel its a necessity the more I'm getting into this app building stuff.

Check out wufoo. Lots of possibilities, and no html knowledge needed: http://wufoo.com/examples/

I am aware of wufoo and have their forms running in a couple of apps however the menu will contain lots of categories and hundreds items and options. I tried jotform but I don't think its going to work out with amount of items. wuffo only allows 10 fields on free version and no payment side till you upgrade to paid account. Do you know if wuffo allow cash on delivery order and can I apply collapsing fields to purchase order and conditions to show or hide fields in purchase order. if it does then I would be happy to use it but don't want to throw money away

Don't know about that. There are a lot of free shopping cart programs out there that don't require programming skills. Just installation on a webserver. Or, to get a little more technical, you can use something like http://simplecartjs.org/ It's a free open-source javascript cart that can probably implemented completely within a BT app. Haven't ever tried it, but it looks promising and pretty simple to configure.

@MGoBlue I think I could use that if someone were to create a sample with some comments to show how to set it out. thanks again
