How to compile BT app for Cydia (jailbroken app store)?

Looks like Apple isn't going to have my app in their store, ever... but with the success it's having on android, I really want to tap into the iphone market. Are there any guides for sending a BT app to the Cydia app store? It's hard enough just to find any developer information on Cydia alone, let alone the steps needed to take a normal app and prepare it for Cydia. Thanks! Might not be too difficult to convert the code from Android to Blackberry, I believe a few users have done it with BT apps. Also Getjar, Samsung store and HTC store get pretty decent downloads for Android without doing much extra work! Comments How about the blackberry 10 market too? As always, StackOverFlow and a few other sites have guides on how to do this. I get lost after the don't code sign part. I can't find the SDKsettings.plist file it says you need to alter, I'm unable to figure out what to type and where for the build phase your supposed to add, and I can't figure out what to do with this Idid file I downloaded.
