App all of a sudden not installing

I un-installed a copy and try to install a signed version but when I do, it says its installed but it does not come up on menu of apps. I tried to install a un-signed previous version that I had, and that worked. I am not sure what went wrong or is happening. When I export it, it says there are no errors.
