Images overlap text and scrunch text in custom html screen

Basically its a bio page with the picture of the staff and the bio below it. But sometimes when I load the page the text is on top of the page with the image over it and scrunches or pushes the text together mid page. I have tried to added paragraphs between the image and texts but does not seem to work. Anyone else having this problem? If I open the page the first time the image overlaps the text and the mid body is scrunched together. But if I back out and then go hit the tab again it is aligned the way it should be and no scrunching. Comments I just added it, but it does the same thing.
