What is the use of a Blank screen in Buzztouch V2.0?

Hi all, I recently discovered that there is a new version online of BT : v2.0. Until now I was always using v1.5 to develop my iOS app. I considered to create a copy of my app in v2.0 but this is not a good idea as there are less options (for instance no Header Image in the menu list). Anyway that is not the topic here. I noticed that they is a new type of screen which is the blank screen. I have read the explanations about this screen but I still don't get it. Once created can we go in XCode and modify this screen to create the one we would like using interface builder? Regards,

Find your answer at the following link: http://www.buzztouch.com/account/plugin.php?from=plugins.php&pid=288024B0A6DB1050FFB0EC8&searchInput=search...&category=&sortColumn=P.displayAs&sortUpDown=DESC&currentPage=1 Edit: You can put any extra code in that file. I have integrated scringo in my yet to be released app and put the scringo codes in that file. I also have created a blank screen from bt dashboard in my app and left it blank only with background image. The result is the following screenshot. https://dl.dropbox.com/u/61663890/20120802163251.png

@sandeep that scringo implementation sounds cool. would love to know how you have done this. Does this mean the scringo sidebar only shows on that particular screen.

No, actually i have customised the whole scringo sdk to match with the theme of my app. You can do so by replacing customised images from the res--->hdpi drawable folder.

wow. that is all just images you replaced to re-design the scringo interface. That looks better than any of the designs they have tried yet. Great work and great idea on putting the code in it's own screen like that. I'm going to need to dig around in that file and try something similar. That's the customization Scringo has been lacking. (aside from some functionalty still...) I've only looked and played with the iOS Scringo, i wonder if it works the same... Very Impressive!

Thanks for your answer. Well I think I will wait a bit to create my own plugins... I am not good with XCode. ;)

So just to clarify, you can use the blank screen plugin with a basic non-upgraded BT account and don’t need to be self-hosted - is that correct? You just need to add valid source code to the blank screen and you’re good to go? Thanks for clarifying.
