Download the latest version of Xcode from the App Store.

I don't think Xcode 4.2 or above will work on Tiger...I think at the very least you need Snow Leopard. If your Mac is a PowerPC version, and not an Intel version, then you're completely out of luck, as Xcode requires Intel processors. Mark

I have xcode2 for Tiger (Mac)... I need to know how to compile all the xcodeproj codes that Buzztouch generates: have no idea what goes where... can it be done with xcode2? /:b

Does Xcode 2 have the SDKs needed for the most recent iOS versions? If not, but it has some, then you'll only be able to compile for the iOS version that you have. To get it going, just unzip the package you download from buzztouch, and double-click on the xcodeproj file. That'll automatically launch Xcode. Then, make sure all the folders in the package you downloaded are part of your Xcode project, dragging in any that aren't there, and you should be good! I have my doubts that Xcode 2 will be good enough for your needs. That's pretty far downlevel from current versions. Mark

thanks, I've dumped everything into a new xcode project (but thinking maybe somethings need to go into Targets, Executables, SCM folders (?) as nothing happens when I hit the Build button...

If you double-click the xcodeproj file, it should build all the structures for you. Depending on the version of buzztouch your app is, all the files may or may not get loaded into Xcode, and that which doesn't should get dragged into the same area the other folders are. Other than that, it should work! But, that pretty much assumes Xcode 4.x. There are likely significant changes since that version which may cause it not to work. Mark
