Forms when you use Buzztouch?

Hi all, I am developping an iOS app on BT v1.5 I have a big problem. I would like users to send information by email. The solution I found out was to create a form in an html document but without using php. After testing all the information put in the form are not put automatically in the email once the person confirms completion of the form, it only opens the native iphone mail app. So my question is : Did you have the same need to send information by email using buzztouch? If yes what simple solutions you would advice me? Is the form the best way to solve my issue? Regards,

I use jotform for my forms with my website. I tried to cut and paste my form from jotform to here and my form came up just as text. Any ideas? Thanks in advance
