Hi there Although this is a fantastic site for a newbie like me - it's still a bit too time consuming for me . . . . so, is this a place where I can find someone who creates apps via BT to knock one out for me. Welcome to BT. Hate to say it but I've seen posts like this before and then the poster makes thousands of folding dollars doing it themselves. What is stopping you diving in and having a go? What makes you think you can't do it yourself? We all thought that back in the day, when we were young but we're not kids anymore....... Jump in, play around, tinker, sweat, cry, laugh and have some app fun.

I fully understand that MacApple, but I dont have the time to do it or learn right now. I am a sole trader and find many of my free hours taken up filling in Govt forms etc. Perhaps what I need is a bit too complicated for a newbie. I am prepared to pay the right person to undertake this work. Anyway thanks for the encouragement .. . . and yes over time I probably will have to learn how to make apps Regards

From NZ? i used to live there. I concur with @MacApple - you should dive in and give it a go, but just in case someone here is willing to help and not snowed under with aspirations of their own, perhaps jot down in the thread a basic description of what you want - type, contect, purpose etc. Cheers, Dave

I in turn agree with SkullyFox. I have a ton going on right now or would offer my services. Do as the the good man says and maybe (they will) someone will jump in. Failing that send me a DM and I may be able to help. Not looking for cash though. NZ is a great country, have a good friend there, well in US now.

I was an IT COnsultant there for a couple of years - mostly North Island, but it is a great place. ANd i am in the same boat, if i didnt have tons on i would no doubt offer to help also, but i would imagine this is the case for most people, you may get lucky. Cheers, Dave

Hi Guys & Gals Glad to hear some of you have visited the shaky isles - have you heard about our latest volcano going off - Ngarahoe (Naa ra ho ee) Always things happening here when it comes to Mother Nature. I have had 4 responses from people willing to help. The project is being done for my community - a sort of Information Centre in an ap. I have a small budget to get this work done - I can supply a draft idea of what I want it to look like - but more importantly I have to be able to do the updating myself - so no fear!! - I will have to learn the Buzztouch way to complete updates - If any are interested here's what I thought I'd need Splash Page Scrolling "Town Menu Page" (so we can add more towns as they want to get involved) Click a town name to open "town page" Each Town Page - with 4 buttons - STAY, TO DO, SHOP, SERVICE Each button leads to a "Stay Menu Page", "To Do Menu Page" etc On each of these Menu Pages would be a "Local Business Menu" page Click on one name on the Local Business Menu page and go to their "Individual Business Page" On the Individual Business Page - we want to detail what the business offers (text& logo & pic) plus link to maps showing how to get there and phone number - linked to calling from phone and email linked to phone also.
