Great videos! Maybe you can help with a question I can't seem to answer for iOS. I want to be able to have many locations populated on a map, let's say someone wants to search for the a local pizza place in the area. I can't figure out where you get this data, does the map API from google provide these locations? I have also found data sets from infochimps.com that are in JSON, but can't seem to get BT to talk and read the data. Here is a free app that does just what I am looking for but I want to do it for different data. Any help would be greatly appreciated. http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/cigarshoplocator/id425936153?mt=8

Hi @shockme66, Thanks for the comments on the videos! Hope they're helpful. Check out this forum thread with regards to your other question...it might steer you in the right direction: http://www.buzztouch.com/forum/thread.php?tid=6A0E0F30B5413FF704B3A04 Basically, it'll probably require a query to a database that has points for the various places you are looking up, and then you use some magic to query them by distance from your current location, etc. It's a bit complicated, and I'm not sure I have a complete solution. But give the thread a look and see if it helps a bit. Mark

@Mark Thanks, this looks great, not sure if it's above me right now. Have you had any experience taking data sets from infochimps.com which is provided in JSON format and implementing it to a BT iOS app? Thanks again.

Thanks Mark, looking forward to you assessment. Infochimps.com provides some nice data sets, in CSV and JSON and they also provide and API. If there is a good way to implement these data sets into BT, I think this would be huge.

I kind of like those videos. I am in the training state, but have to say that the videos are very pleasant to follow. Clear and on the spot. Thumb up:-)
