Integrating Flurry Analytics on v1.5

Hi BTers, I'm trying to integrate Flurry Analytics (www.flurry.com) on my apps. I've followed their documentation @ http://support.flurry.com/index.php?title=Analytics/GettingStarted Basically you add the library and add the following code on the appdelegate.m file: #import "FlurryAnalytics.h" - (void)applicationDidFinishLaunching:(UIApplication *)application { [FlurryAnalytics startSession:@"YOUR_API_KEY"]; //your code } The only different thing I did was adding the [FlurryAnalytics...] line at -didFinishLaunchingWithOptions instead of -applicationDidFinishLaunching I've build the app and ran it using the iPhone, I waited a few hours (like their FAQ suggested) but the data is still not showing up on Flurry's Dashboard. Any ideas? ---- Download my apps: http://itunes.apple.com/us/artist/tony-celestino/id451034901

Here is my exact code using 1.5: -(BOOL)application:(UIApplication *)application didFinishLaunchingWithOptions:(NSDictionary *)launchOptions{ [FlurryAnalytics startSession:@"AAAAAAAAAAAA"]; have you waited at least 24hrs?

@mysps That's exactly what I did, but I just waited about 2 hours... I will try to check the Dashboard tomorrow. Does it work for you? Is it good? What kind of data you get from it? Thanks!

Flurry is really nice. I use the same code above and it works. I think you do have to wait 24 hours though.

Hi everyone, Quick question (specifically @tonycelestino), did you put the code that you posted in your original post in the PROJECTNAME_appdelegate.m file? Also, where specifically in that file did you put it? I was just trying to put it in my v1.5 app, but I wasn't sure if there is a specific place you are supposed to put it in that file. Thanks, David

Yes, that's the correct file. Put the import statement at the end of the other import statements. Then, directly after this line: -(BOOL)application:(UIApplication *)application didFinishLaunchingWithOptions:(NSDictionary *)launchOptions{ Add this: //Flurry Analytics [FlurryAnalytics startSession:@"YOUR_CODE_HERE"];

@MacApple -thanks my friend. It's good to be back in the swing of things (app wise that is). Been catching up and making posts. Have a new client app in the App Store awaiting approval and just put up the Android version. Fun stuff and lots of plans! Take care.

@MGoBlue: I got the following error when I tried to run it in the simulator and got the following error which caused it to fail: Lexical or Preprocessor Issue 'SystemConfiguration/SystemConfiguration.h' file was not found Any idea what the issue is?

Did you drag the FlurryAnalytics folder into your project? You need to make sure to that.

If you saw my orignal comment, I figured out the issue. Thanks, David
