The option is there within the Quiz Behavior section, but didn't work for me.I used a .mp3 file that was only 50kb to stream from url. It should then be cached. But to no luck. So I am going to try and include the file within the apk before hand to see if it works. I will post soon my results. Comments Came into this same issue today.
