Xcode displays HTML and List Menu incorrect

I was having trouble with the button menu but have corrected that problem under the bt_screen_menuButtons path. Now I am trying, without luck, to fix my List Menu's and Custom HTML screens. They all appear partially down the screen when opened and the user has to scroll down to view the top, then when they let go the screen bounces back to the middle.
