In my 1.5 apps, the button shows is a navigation symbol--a circle with four small lines in it. In my 2.0 app a button is there, but it is empty. Am I supposed to drag in an image? The icon you are looking for is in BT_Art\Gui for iOS. For Android, I think it needs to be included in res > drawable, and it looks like you'll need to add it.
