GPS-based app: what should be the overall picture of its 'logic design' ?

Hi there, newbie here. I want to create an app around a simple concept: a user is presented with a list of locations (businesses) that are closest to the actual user's position -based on GPS, or alternatively on WiFi spot. The target of this app will be tourists visiting a foreign city ('what XXXs are closest to where I'm now') This is my first approach to mobile apps and I'm looking for some pointers on where to start for this project. What would be the 'general' picture of this app?, how would it have to work?, and most important: can it be built using buzztouch? (I don't code!) Thanks

Hi @Enric, Welcome to buzztouch! This may not fall under the "I don't code" clause, but it's some food for thought on sharing locations near you. The crux of that discussion is near the bottom of the responses: http://www.buzztouch.com/forum/thread.php?tid=6A0E0F30B5413FF704B3A04 Mark

Hi @GoNorthWest, Thanks for the quick reply... I guess it's not going to be as easy as I thought... and I haven't coded for over 20 years!.
