However, i want to reinstall mysite.com using the same CMS software it was created from. Will my www.mysite.com/BT-server be still accessible while i am in the midst of installing it. As long as your install doesn't overwrite your bt-server folder, it should be fine, and I would assume Drupal doesn't over write that folder.
