Re-position Menu icons

Hi guys, how do i adjust an icon's position relative to the screen? Currently i have 9 icons in a grid position (3x3) but i want the upper icons to have an ample clearance from the top since i have background graphics at the top. Subsequently, if i am to change the position of each icon for customisation, how do i do it? Thanks a lot.

Suggest you try left or right verticle scroll and adjust background image accordingly. Fred

Hi Fred, thanks but i can't get it to work as intended. Maybe if it has a height adjustment to customize like the row style has, it could be easier. If i change it on the xcode, how do i do it?

Hello, I think if you poke around in the actual code a bit, you might be able to figure it out. I don't have the exact items to change, but I was looking in the BT_screen_menuButtons.m file, and there is lots of stuff around line 326 that talks about positioning, padding, cell location, and things of that nature. I suspect if you spent some time adjusting the code there, you might find the layout you're looking for. Totally wish I could give you the exact code you're looking for, but I use buzztouch because I'm not a coder! But I've spent time poking around, and this seems like a likely place to look. Mark

I was able to do it and it made my app look alot like a webpage because the buttons were grouped really close. It would have looked nice if I had designed my icons to fit that design. What it appeared to be was an image that was image mapped. I believe that I simple resized the image in 2.0 The funny thing is. I once made oval icons no matter what dimensions I coded the ends were always cut off. I always have to use square icons now. good luck.
