I appreciate buzztouchmods.com which I've been silently impressed by. Haven't had an opportunity to take up your services as yet for the reasons I just mentioned in the other threads. Please don't worry about copyright, I've been in the entertainment business long enough and, as you may have detected from my exchange with MGoBlue, much of my work here is tied into other projects, all is fully copyright-cleared. In fact, I'm happy to take copyright qs from anyone who has them, I know it can be confusing and difficult - it's my area. P.S Apple are RED-hot on any copyright issues, the mere suggestion of copyright and they'll 8.5 you - you'll notice all my apps are approved just fine.

Hey @eespverbatim - thanks so much for the compliment (made my day). I've had a run in with several companies recently and had a few music and cartoon apps taken down by apple and a few ones rejected (ones I spent weeks on, huge headache). I would gladly, take suggestions and information on this problem. The problem I'm personally having is the line between fan applications, and "copyright violating" applications. For example, I spent 2 weeks on a application for Metroid Prime, one of my all-time favorite games from my childhood, just for apple to 8.5 me. I then made a application for a artist, skrillex, which was removed. and then, a application for Gir, my girlfriends favorite cartoon character. I can't possibly expect you to know anything on these particular games/cartoons, but I would like to ask this simple question: What's the line between fan and copyright? And how would you tell apple "hey, it's a fan app"? I would love to hear your view/suggestion/experience. Heh, apologies for the big post mate, cheers. David buzztouchmods.com
