If it's within a page like an HTML page or layout,you can change that within your buzztouch console and it will update live. Basically, when someone opens the app, a menu box will pop up that says something like "app content has changed - would you like to update?". If you're talking about actual changes within XCode, like adding Socialize or adding something within the code, you have to do a version 2.0 or new version, and resubmit to Apple. If the HTML is online just make changes to html. But, (very important) if you make changes in the control panel the app may be broken if it's connecting to embedded content that's not available.
