App Store Rejection: Use of 3rd Party Material

>>>Use of protected 3rd party material (trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, otherwise proprietary content) requires a documented rights check which must be provided upon request. How or where do I get this "documented rights check" from. Asked Apple and I am still waiting for an answer.

A friend of mine is an aspiring country music singer. I was making an app so he can stream his newest single and a few other things....I understand why but I don't understand how I give them what they need.

You might wish to attach any supporting material that's appropriate. (Album cover showing contact info . ..) For reference: Claims of Copyright Infringement Apple Inc. I agree with Fred. Probably a signed letter from your friend that's been notarized may be sufficient. I'm currently awaiting an appeal with Apple on this same issue. We'll see...
