Simple Menu Does not show up on screen for IOS - What's wrong?

I am using the latest buzztouch app 2.0. I have not seen any issue like this with previous versions of buzztouch such as v1.4 and v1.5 etc. The screen is a "simple menu" screen with 2 menu items. When the screen is shown up there is no display of ANY menu items. I tried to adjust font, color etc. to no effect. It could be something obvious that I missed but I have tried many times and no clue so far! help pleas! david

Hi us_david, when you download the zip package of your app there is a file with instructions. Make sure (you read this) you copied all the necessary folders to your project (plugins etc). maybe you missed this because it's a bit different than 1.4 and 1.5 Best Regards, Danny

us_david, sounds like you did not drag the required folders into xcode! as @danny says, read the instructions that come with the zip! Cheers, David buzztouchmods.com

Hello guys, Thanks! I did not know I need to drag the 5 folders into the xcode project. This solved my little problem. I have been using the older version of buzztouch. it's good to see it working. dave

I have another similar issue with icon: my 2.0 version based app is tab-based. An icon is assigned to each tab. I assume the icon is displayed above the tab title. However, I have not seen the icons displayed either in ios or android. Is it because of some folders not copied to xcode project or a buzztouch problem? many thanks ahead! david

Hi, Did you include (copy) the images to the BT_Images folder? If you did, do a clean (Xcode menu--> product --> clean) before you build. Best Regards, Danny

https://www.buzztouchmods.com/downloads.php?cat_id=2&download_id=10 Drag the Icons folder into BT_Images. Then reference them in your control panel as.. bird.png, envelope.png, etc. David buzztouchmods.com

Hi David & Danny, I have tried to move the Icons folder into BT-Images through xcode. The icon file names are referenced in buzztouch setup. but the icons are still not showing up. Is there a way to upload the screen shot to the forum? if not you can see the screenshot in the follwoing link: http://www.buzztouch.com/applications042612/JAA670F760A90AAFB43C99E74/images/Screen%20shot%202012-07-25%20at%2011.34.25%20AM.png http://www.buzztouch.com/applications042612/JAA670F760A90AAFB43C99E74/images/Screen%20shot%202012-07-25%20at%2011.39.19%20AM.png I am sure it's a simple thing but no idea what's wrong. Thanks! US_David

I guess i have found out the issue: i have a background image set up in the global theme. And this image is also used on the tabs. So the image covered the tab icons. Is this suppose so or it's bug?
