What am I doing wrong?

Can anyone beat this? I got 2947 errors, mostly, no such file or directory. Any one have any ideas what I didn't do?

Wow! That is quite a feat! ;-) So, Welcome to buzztouch! I assure you things are not this hard. Are you doing iOS or Android? Can you give us an example of some of the errors? If you are doing Android, please follow this guide first to make sure your environment is set up correctly. Often times all the errors will go away once you choose the correct API (as an example). http://www.buzztouch.com/files/howtos/buzztouch_For_Android-A_Users_Guide.pdf Screen shots of what you're seeing are also very helpful. Hang in there...we'll get things worked out! Mark

Was I suppose to drag more than BT plugins into my files?

I thought I would start with a simple multi-quiz.

Check out the instructions.pdf in the BT folder after you download your source code and unzip. You need to drag 5 folders.

To make it absolutely as easy as possible, I would advise to drag in all the folders you downloaded. Makes sure the ones in your source package and Xcode project match. That way you're in a good position for any future changes to your app. Mark

yes buzztouch 2.0 do you know something that I could be missing? I was thinking about deleting my account and starting all over again, but I also keep thinking no I can figure this out. I would like to get this figured out. Thanks for everyones help so far. Read the instructions was a great idea but it didn't change a thing. I was thinking about deleting the app and starting again, is there a way to delete the app?

You could start that....or just create a new one, then once you got that working you could just delete the test App.... To me it sounds like you just need to do this: 1. Create a new app. 2. Download the source code. 3. Open the folder you downloaded. 4. Open the xcode project file 5. While in your source code folder drag the "BT_Plugins" folding into your Xcode project. You do NOT need to select the box that copies into the destination folder as you are dragging the folder Plugins from your destination location already. Do that exactly and you should be able to open that in simulator (I have videos on YouTube "macordie81" [http://www.youtube.com/macordie81] that can show you how to get it to run on the device) then retrace your steps for your previous app. My fear though....is with 3000 errors there is REALLY something wrong in the code...idk Best way to find out is create a fresh new app. All those .m and.h files are the plugins. Xcode has to have that folder to know how to handle the code from buzztouch. Let me know if you get it working.

It's also possible your download package got corrupted somehow. You could download new source and try that. Mark

If you send me your download package (the zip file you got from buzztouch), I can run it through my Xcode and see what happens. MrkFleming at gmail dot com Mark
