I am building a Quotes App. that displays random quotes. I have a Home Screen Menu. When I click on one of the menu items, I want a random quote to show up. Then this screen, should have a "next" or "refresh" button which, when clicked shows another random quote. And random quotes keep getting shown as you keep clicking on "next" or "refresh". I have figured out how to show random quotes when I click on "next" and "refresh" buttons (outside of BuzzTouch). I have also created my Home Screen Menu in BuzzTouch. The problem is: How can I get a random quote screen to display when I click on a certain menu item in my Home Screen menu? I would be very thankful indeed for any clues. :)

Is there some way you might be able to manipulate the quiz plugin? You could have the quotes as the questions. And the next/refresh button as the answer. You'd need to work out how get rid of the other answer options - just a thought!

Put the quotes in an array. Use document.write to create the screen. Have the logic sort the array randomly. Use the html doc screen instead of menu screen. Fred

@Fred, I hate to bug you about an old issue, but is it possible to send me a link or in the right direction to figure out the array, document.write etc? I need to have this same activity happening in my app. Random pre-written quote and the ability to add their own. Any help will be great. Every day I am getting closer to success. Thank you!
