App is Stuck and won't refresh

I had added an email us section but deleted it since it was causing the emulator to say that it did not have an app associated with that function. I have added an email account so now email works. However, my app is stuck and keeps making the home page the email app. Don't know how to unstuck it. Have downloaded file several files and re-imported it to eclipse but it's still stuck. Please help. Thanks!

Hi @Newbie100, Sounds like your configuration file might be out of sync. The first thing I would do is, in your control panel, check to make sure that you have the correct screen associated with your home screen. Next, I would copy the configuration data from your control panel to your local BT_Config.txt file. That will ensure your local version of the app has the latest info. After that, I would delete the app from the Emulator. You can do that by clicking on the Settings icon and finding the part that deals with apps. That should clear out everything. Now I would do a Project...Clean from the menu bar in Eclipse, and compile and run it again. Hopefully that takes care of it! For the future, you should only have to download your source package once. Everything stays the same except the BT_Config.txt file, and you can get that data from the Configuration Data link in your control panel. Mark
