Launch Native App - App Store not Working?

Hi BT community, I'm attempting to create a "lite" version of one of my Apps. In the lite version, I want users to be able to click an "upgrade" tab and it open my paid App on the App Store. However, I have came cross a problem. Whenever I try using "Launch Native App", with the App Store and my App's URL, the App says "Screen not found?" while testing the App on my iPhone and iPad. If anybody knows the best way to open an App on the App Store from a BuzzTouch App, please let me know. Thank you

Are you sure the config file is the latest one? Sounds like that might be the problem! Cheers, David buzztouchmods.com

Hi David, Yes, I have assured the config file is up-to-date by refreshing the App.

Okay - I seem to have found the issue. Launch Native App does NOT work if you add it on a tab for some odd reason. Example: If you put clicking on a tab opens a native App, it won't work, the App says "Screen not found?".

@Jenny21 - Yes you are correct. Basically the tabs were designed to open up one of the menu screens. So, a menu list, etc.
