Websites? Need to put PDFs in one to get URL

I am searching for a website builder to use that is economic (cheap) and easy to use. I would like to drop each of my PDF's onto a separate page and then link each page to my app. This is for my android project. I could use Smugs Android PDF uploader except some (nearly30%) are bordering on or over his specified usage MB wise. The 'free' ones on Google so far have come up negative as there are glitches in the one page one URL problem.

You do not have to buy a web builder, any WordPress or Joomla will do. They are free. Even more free would be to use tumblr, weebly, blogger and similar sites to have a site and then in separate pages put links to your PDF files in Box, DropBox etc. Or I might be completely misunderstanding what you asked? >The 'free' ones on Google so far have come up negative as there are glitches in the one page one URL problem. What exactly do you mean by this?

Are you just trying to get a URL? I use the buzztouch file manager.

I'm not sure if I'm missing the point in what you're trying to do but can't you just create a folder and ftp your PDFs into that and grab the URL?

Thanks for all your advice guys. So far I have tried dropbox and the PDF won't link. But before I go further. In IOS, in the simulator, when you tap a menu button to a PDF the page transitions to the PDF. My emulator (and a friends phone the other day) the transition goes to a white screen with a bar at the top saying open document. Surely this can't be right? Now I have tried to link to a URL it brings up the same white screen only now there are two boxes. One saying open document and the other saying refresh from URL. As I say the dropbox link is not working. As per Susan's idea I will try the BT file manager (if I can find it).

Well, at least I have learnt how to use the file manager :) But no, still not loading the PDF (which is only 168KB btw).

Does the PDF load if you paste the link into a browser? We probably need to work out first if it's a problem with the uploading of the file or the linking of the file that's causing the error.

Yes it does. I am using another test app trying to get this to work on Android. It's just a simple menu with one tap to PDF. I created a new emulator and tried a new named PDF.

You also need to have a PDF reader on the Android device.
