When I attempt to upload an app icon I am getting this error message: You don't have permission to access /buzztouch/bt_v15/bt_app/bt_icon.php on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. I have never seen this before and have not had this problem previously. Any ideas? Then open a ticket with your hosting provider. They may need access to your self hosted bt account. I would create a second login for them. Something you can delete when they are done. Try to find a different link to get to the icon page. Is the menu your using to get to the icon page on the left or the top?
