Need some testers

Material for the app is not done yet...plenty more to throw into it. However the layout is pretty much done. Be great if I could get some opinions please. Making this for my company app. Download - http://db.tt/eJb88crW

Installed. It loads home screen but asked to refresh so did so and it appears you have somehow set homescreen to dealer map. Let me know when you update and i will test further

Just go to layout and change home screen

Any tips on how to speed it up. Window transitions are horrible.

I agree. Very sluggish. Is it 2.0 or lower. Never used anything other than 2.0 and never had this happen. I am using galaxy s2

Its 2.0. And my header images are in the APK. Ugh

Not sure how I can speed it up. Anyone have any suggestions? My main images are built into the APK. So its not trying to load much.

You could reduce the file sizes of the images? Or remove the .java and xml files of plugins that you don't use. It'll make a lighter app, less code to be read, and maybe faster to process? And remove image assets that you don't need, like if you don't have a quiz in the app, you don't need the quiz images.
