Get rid of the refresh button

How do I get rid of the refresh button on the first page. I would rather people not to refresh right from the app. I might want to move it to a different page, but getting rid of it would be my main priority.

But the button would still be visible. I plan to place another button there.

Then some coding would be required. I assume there's not a setting in Advance Properties

This document should help resolve this for you. If you make the app offline, which is what you want to do, the Refresh button will be removed. http://www.buzztouch.com/files/howtos/Understanding_App_Refresh_and_Offline_Apps_v1.0.pdf Mark

Thanks Mark (GoNorthWest), I haven't tried it out but that PDF file was very useful. I have read it and it is simple to understand and gave me clear instructions. Very good tutorial. I will post again after I do if there is a problem or if it works. Thanks guys. Good to have such knowledgable people like you around. Thanks, Annandale Apps
