custom url is blank

Hi guys, I recently submitted my app to google play and most of the users are saying that they get a blank page. I'm using BT v2 self hosted. Accessing it via browser and simulator does not show the problem. Every page loads except when the app is downloaded on the phone. Please help! Here's a link to the app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mygrowlogandroidlite.

Did you upload the latest compiled package before you submitted, or the initial "first" time you downloaded the source code for making edits? If so users will need to refresh to see the latest content (fixes). David buzztouchmods.com

As MrDavid points out your Config file is probably not up to date. Fred

Hi MrDavid, I downloaded the android source code from my hosted BT server, opened it in Eclipse, compiled and submitted to Google Play. Is this what you mean?

First look at the Config file in the control panel. Copy & paste to your Config file in source code: BT_config.txt Fred

Hi Fred, after copying and pasting the config file to the BT_config.txt, what's the next step? Do I need to recompile and import the APK again?

Yes, changes made to the source code don't automatically appear in your app. Fred

Hi Fred, what I did is download the source code again from BT just so all the files are updated. I opened it in Eclipsed, run the emulator. Splash screen displayed fine and then the custom url showed the login page of my mobile website (http://mygrowlog.com). After login though, a white blank page where the home page should be appears. Only the ad is showing. The mobile website is in PHP and JQuery mobile. Also, this blank page problem happened when I downloaded the Eclipse update for Android 4.0. At first I thought that the custom url plugin may not be able to handle the session variable but my script sets a session variable even before the login page is shown. So my only guess is that the custom url plugin has a problem with the new android version. Before I downloaded the update, the emulator displayed all the pages without any problem. What do you guys think? For now, I have unpublished the app from google play because it's getting undeserved bad reviews.

Hi Fred, I checked the tab layout settings. I used a non-tabbed layout and the home screen nickname is set to "Home Screen" which is the name of the custom url plugin.
