Modify Android text size in 1.5

The app project I am working on is for both Android and iOS, and the text size does work in iOS. As a workaround, is it possible to change the text size directly in Eclipse...maybe in the menu_list_row.xml or the screen.menulist.xml files? If so, how would I do that? Thank you!
