Missing Many Targets in AVD

Android 4.1 - API Level 16 Google API's (Googles Inc) - API Level 16 That's it; so I cant select version 2 or 2.2 for example. How can I get all the other Targets installed, Thank you! I only installed the latest sdk and after installing the other sdk's, they are available; even seems simple and foolish to miss but sure I will have many more of those.
