Now your in the app store, how do you get yourself out there?

Hey guys, I've found that making it into the appstore is one thing (although the review team can be tough as nails and make review impossible), but getting noticed is a whole another brutal situation. The recent change in the search optimization of the app store makes it even harder for apps to get noticed. I put together a really simple indie developer directory/search engine that sorts our created apps and promotes/advertises them for users who search through the search engine. It's a really simple website (don't expect to much) but it gets to the point and submission of your app will take just seconds. This will also let you get in contact with other developers through their itunes pages. In the keywords, have one of the keywords be "buzztouch". This way we can search the term buzztouch and all buzztouch apps will come up. Feedback would be awesome too, just respond to the post. Heres the website, www.appspydr.com . Happy developing & good luck :D ~Ash

@Fred go ahead and submit your android app. I'm planning to bring the android functionality, so having the reference there already, will just make it easier for me.

@requazaash great site. It will be a very good tool in the coming future as long as you not only let people submit their apps at will, but even asking others to submit their app would make the site even bigger. Obviously, submit your site to search engines and optimize the meta tags. Get a stat meter and see where people are being referenced from. I have to compliment you on great site design. All in all, you made a amazing site: *bookmark*!
